A pilgrimage in sacred terms usually refers to a journey you take to discover your' faith or to "find yourself". This in return relates directly as many people use a pilgrimage to strengthen their faith and establish their relationship with God. People often find themselves drifting away from God and their faith and can use a pilgrimage to reinstate themselves back into their faith and restore their relationship with God. So in return humans, spiritual needs directly reflect by a pilgrimage as many people don't see it as it is a slightly outdated and unconventional method in today's time.
